We only collect basic personal data which does not include any special categories of personal information about you (known as Special Category Data).    For our customers and suppliers this data will be collected with consent when opening an account and would include:-

For website users, personal data will only be collected when you have contacted us about our products or services.  By using the privacy controls, you can specify whether you would like to receive further marketing communications (notification data). Collected data would include:

The data we store is protected by firewalls and passwords to restrict access and is securely backed up offsite to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery. We are based in the UK and we store our data within the EU.  

How long do we keep your personal data for?
We will only use and store information for as long as it is required for the purposes it was collected for and to fulfil legal obligations.  How long information is stored depends on the information in question and what it is being used for. We continually review what information we hold.  When data is no longer required we delete electronic records and securely shred and dispose of manual records.
